Ongoing Financial Planning
Our financial planning service consists of a minimum annual fee that is paid monthly in advance, at a rate of $500 – $2000. The fee will vary depending on the complexity of your situation. There is an initial 12 month commitment for planning services in the first year of the advisory agreement.

Financial Planning fees may be discounted or completely waived if paired with Investment Management.

Investment Management
Our annual investment advisory fee is based on a percentage of assets under management. The annual fee is paid quarterly, in arrears, based on the average daily balance of a client’s account(s) during the billing period.

EXAMPLE: For assets under management of $2,000,000, the fee is 0.90% on the first $1,000,000 and 0.70% on the remaining balance. The formula for the quarterly fee in this case would be: (($1,000,000 x 0.90%) + ($1,000,000 x 0.70%))÷ 4 = $4,000. |

Retirement Plan Consulting
The annual advisory fee on retirement plans is paid quarterly, in arrears, based on the value of the Client’s account(s) as of the last day of the billing period. The annualized fee is a straight tier and based on the following fee schedule:

EXAMPLE: If a client has assets under advisement of $4mm the fee is 0.40%. |
This does not include fees to other parties, such as record keepers, custodians or third-party administrators.
